Refund Policy
Prepayment Requirement
- Customers are required to make full payment before the product is shipped.
- Payment can be made through the channels available on our website at the time of purchase.
Refund Conditions
- A full refund will be issued if the product is unavailable or cannot be delivered to the customer after payment has been made.
Return Policy
We accept product returns under the following conditions:
- The product is defective due to a manufacturer’s fault and is not functional.
Non-Returnable and Non-Warranty Conditions
Products are not eligible for return or warranty claims under the following circumstances:
- The warranty seal from Orange Pi Vietnam remains intact.
- The boot ROM of the product is intact and can still be repaired.
- Physical tampering such as soldering, erasing, painting, GPIO pin bending/cutting, or chip reflow/replacement.
- Damage to communication ports or other hardware modifications.
- Burning, short-circuiting, or damage due to power overuse.
- Water exposure or usage in a high-humidity environment (above 95%).
- External factors like lightning strikes, physical impact, chemical effects, resin coating, or PCB modifications.
- Failure due to user actions such as overloading, incorrect ROM installation, or other misuse not covered under manufacturer defects.
Warranty Coverage
- The product is warranted against manufacturer defects only.
- The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
